Pilot website terms
These terms govern use of the public information pages and demonstration environment.
No contract from browsing
Viewing the website, downloading a proposal or submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, licence or obligation to purchase.
Demonstration boundary
The demonstration is provided to show proposed product functions. Users must not enter personal data, assessed work or confidential information.
Institutional agreement
Any pilot is governed by a separate written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, price, assurance, support, intellectual property, data handling and termination.
Product development
Functions shown in a demonstration may be refined during discovery and assurance. The signed pilot schedule is the authoritative description of the agreed service.
Intellectual property
Trafalgar Thesis Manager materials and branding may not be copied, resold or represented as an institution’s own product without written permission.
