Enquiries
Information entered into the native Wix enquiry form is handled through the Trafalgar Academy Wix website. The final published notice should identify the business controller, contact details, purposes, lawful bases, recipients and retention periods.
Demonstration
The embedded demonstration must not be used for real personal data, student work or confidential institutional information. Its standalone progress is stored in the user’s browser.
Institutional pilots
A separate data-processing agreement, privacy information and institutional assessment will be completed before a live pilot processes student data.
Your rights
The final notice must explain applicable data-protection rights and how an individual may raise a request or complaint.
